Cub Scout Promise

I promise that I will do my best,
To do my duty to God and to the Queen,
To help other people,
And to keep the Cub Scout Law.

Age

Cub Scouts are members aged between 8 and 10 1/2, who make up the second section of the 3rd Whitton Scouting family, between Beavers and Scouts.

Meetings

Cubs will usually meet once a week every Friday from 6.30pm7.45pm with the occasional weekend trips and events.

Activities

Every week 3rd Whitton’s cubs gather in their Cub Pack to take part in lots of interesting and challenging activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having bundles of fun along the way! Our Cub Pack aims for your child to master new skills and try new things, have fun and go on adventures, make friends, be curious about the world around them and to help others make a difference, in their own communities and beyond.

Our Cub Pack attends numerous day trips, events and public parades throughout the year. Not to forget at least one camp each summer with the whole of Richmond District Scouting and Girlguiding.
